The fragranced Proraso beard balm works as an alternative to beard oil, and will grant your facial hair and the underlying skin that little bit of moisture that’ll keep it in good health. Unlike an oil, a balm will provide a matte appearance rather than a shining one – but it works in much the same way: just apply a few drops to your beard and work it into the hairs using a good beard comb.
